There are two options when a plinth is needed to stop movement of soil from one property to another under a Colorbond steel fence.

The timber plinth as pictured below has been used for a number of years but it too is susceptable to rot over time. 

The Gramline steel plinth can be colour matched to the fence sheets. it is a thicker high grade galvanised steel that will not rust unless it is deeply scratched to bare metal.
